Every home needs one
I highly recommend this for anybody my son tried it. He said it was so strong. It made him bring up everything he ate lol easy to use. Very durable quality is great. Everything included us for every age group love this product.
Works great!
This works great! I am a caregiver for my mother who had a stroke. Sometimes she wants to cram her entire food tray in her mouth at once. I am always there with her as she eats however, it literally takes seconds if I take my eyes off her and she's blocked her airway!
I would have to do all of the emergency procedures that I was trained to do and it was still a horrifying few minutes before I finally cleared her airway. This even happens with food cut small, things like corn beef hash, pureed food if they cram alot in quickly etc.

Thank goodness I have not had to use this. But I have one in my car and keep one in the kitchen in my home. Had a very bad experience with near choking incident. Wish I had had it then. This would've made all the difference. It was a similar unit to what EMS used in Ambulance to clear the airway. Easy to use instructions. Carrying case makes it very handy. Buy it.

I bought one of these for every baby shower gift I go to. I have one for my house and it goes on vacation with us. Easy to use, handy storage bag and instructions included. Very important to have around when scary moments can happen in the blink of an eye. Two mouth pieces, one for small child and one for adult.
Life saving hack!!
I bought this to keep with us when we’re out with our baby, especially now that she’s eating more solid foods. I love that the travel kit is compact enough to keep in the diaper bag without taking up a ton of space. Everything stays together and is easy to grab if we ever need it. I obviously hope we NEVER have to use it, but having it with us gives me extra peace of mind at restaurants, while traveling, or anytime we’re away from home.

You never know when you’ll need an item like this. Unfortunately, these days this could be a life-saving device or it could be a device that sits in your closet and collects dust. It’s better to be safe than sorry and regret not getting the item although it is pricey you can’t put a price on what could potential save your life or a loved ones.

WORKED
I purchased this item in 2021. Yesterday, in 2026, I had to put it to use. was alone and I choked on a piece of chicken. I knew there was not going to be enough time for 911 services to get to me, so I grabbed the LifeVac. I pushed the plunger the first time a little tentatively, and the bite did come up some. I pushed more forcefully on the plunger the second try and the chicken was completely dislodged from from airway, leaving me completely able to breath again. Scary, but the LifeVac did exactly what it was designed to do!

BE KNOWLEDGEABLE OF HOW THEY WORK AND HOW TO OPEARATE THEM BEFORE AN INCIDENT OCCURS.
UNPACKAGE THEM COMPLETELY. DO NOT HAVE THEM IN THE BAG OR WHATEVER THEY MAY COME PACKAGED IN.
PLACE THE APPARATUS IN A PLACE WHERE IT IS CONSPICUOUS. DO NOT HAVE IT IN A DRAWER, INSIDE A CABINET, OR WHERE IT CANNOT BE OPENLY SEEN.
THE DEVICE NEEDS TO BE TOTALLY ACCESSIBLE FOR QUICK USE.
(Mine was hung at the end of a cabinet on a nail by a cord around the handle, so I could just grab it. BTW, right next to my fire safety blanket.)
This was a true emergency and if I had not had this device on hand and ready to use, I reiterate, there was no way emergency services could have reached me in time. I feel this item truly saved my life.

$80 seems steep, but I suppose it’s a small price to pay for the insurance. Bought one of these just in case now that we have a LO. Can never be too prepared when it comes to children. Plus, it can also be used on adults which is nice. I’m giving it 5/5 because it’s a great piece of safety gear to have handy, but I hope to never need it, of course.

IT WORKS!!! Three members of family have chocking problems. Had ordered 2. Today i ordered a third and a travel one. Yesterday evening I chocked on a bite of hamburger patty. Worked beautifully. I was alone. Yes, you cannot recommend until you use it. Believe me, it gets 5 stars!!
